COOKIES
Not one cookie is set by softlivingco.org. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no session cookie, because there is nothing here to log into. Nothing you do on these pages is stored in your browser by us, and nothing you do here is readable by us afterwards.
Two things on this site are served by somebody else and both are worth naming rather than burying. The typefaces come from Google Fonts. The map on the front page is an embedded Google Maps frame, and that frame does set cookies of its own once it loads, in the ordinary way any embedded map does.
Loading either means your browser contacts Google and Google can see your address and which page asked for it. We receive nothing back from them, we hold no account tied to either, and neither is given your name, your enquiry or anything you typed into the form.
The enquiry form posts straight to our own mail handler and stores nothing in your browser on the way. If your browser offers to remember what you typed in it, that is your browser doing it, and clearing your form data will remove it.
The web server keeps an ordinary access log: the time of a request, the page asked for, and the IP address it came from. It is not linked to an enquiry, nobody reads it unless a page has broken, and it rotates out after thirty days without being backed up.
An extension that blocks third party requests will leave this site perfectly readable. You lose the embedded map and the page falls back to a plain image of the same street, which is why that image is there. Blocking the font request leaves the text set in whatever serif your system already has, which is a cosmetic change and nothing more.
There is nothing to unsubscribe from and no confirmation email to expect, because we never had an identifier for you in the first place.
